PERSONAL STATEMENT

I believe we achieve our life goals by focusing on our strengths, challenging negative core beliefs, and practicing mindfulness. Those are some of the tools I teach to help you live your best life. Family dysfunction impacted my development, and I did not learn effective ways to cope. I am grateful that I sought help and have now been in recovery 32 years. I get excited when I help others learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy to recover from addiction, mood disorders, and feelings of not being good enough. I’m grateful to those that have guided me and look forward to “paying it forward” by being a part of your healing journey!

I use a variety of interventions to help you reach your goals. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma Focused Therapies. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your recovery.
