PERSONAL STATEMENT
Many people feel overwhelmed when they do not understand their emotions or how to skillfully manage them. I believe that every person has the ability to make positive and effective changes to take hold of difficult emotions, thoughts, and relationships in life.
I primarily utilize DBT, while incorporating other therapeutic approaches as needed for issues related to mood dysregulation, depression, anxiety, grief, identity, and relationship problems. I am passionate about providing a validating and warm environment to allow you the space to process uncomfortable feelings in order to overcome challenging obstacles.
I know that your story is unique and will take the time to intently listen to you as we create your path for treatment together. I would be grateful to have the opportunity to help with your healing and growth process!
