PERSONAL STATEMENT
Do you feel like the weight of everything is on your shoulders, with anxiety buzzing constantly, grief lingering, or patterns in your relationships repeating no matter how hard you try? Maybe managing a chronic illness, navigating family or cultural pressures, or struggling with attachment and relationship challenges leaving you drained, unsure, and exhausted. It can feel isolating, heavy, and like there is no clear way forward.
I work collaboratively with curious and resilient teens, Gen Z, and Millennial clients in a supportive space where your experiences are validated. Together, we explore what is holding you back, process difficult emotions, build coping skills, and work to break patterns that have become ingrained over time. The goal is for you to feel lighter, more in control, and better equipped to navigate life, relationships, and your own growth.
Every aspect of who you are, including your identity, culture, and life experiences, are invited into our work together. Please reach out today to start a conversation and see what therapy can do for you.
