Insurance Information

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is a pre-authorization required from the insurance company?

Good Faith Estimates

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
  •  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  •  Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  •  If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.

Be assured that there is no suprise billing from NPCS. We do not offer any additional services beyond what is listed in "Our Rates" section above (with the exception of our documentation fees and court-appearance fees which are listed in our intake paperwork) and therefore you will be not be billed for anything beyond the fees as described. If any new billable services are offered beyond what has been described, you will be given an estimate for your approval before that service is provided.
